Fanatics today announced its in-house merchandise division -- Fanatics Branded -- has brought on GLEN GIOVANUCCI as VP/Retail Sales. Giovanucci has previously worked for adidas Group, where he was Senior VP/Sales & Marketing for the Sports Licensing division, working primarily with Reebok Int’l. He will report directly to Fanatics Branded President RAPHAEL PECK out of the company’s new West Coast HQ in San Mateo, Calif. Giovanucci also had a stint with Puma in a senior-level capacity, and was a scout with the Flames and Wild for 12 years (Austin Karp, Assistant Managing Editor).

MILWAUKEE'S BEST: The Bucks have hired former Oregon State Univ. men's basketball coach CRAIG ROBINSON as VP/Player & Organizational Development, a new position within the front office. Robinson, the older brother of MICHELLE OBAMA, started his new job yesterday and reports to Bucks GM JOHN HAMMOND. He will oversee the team's player development programs. Robinson coached at OSU from '08-14 and was head coach at Brown Univ. from '06-08. Since '14, he has worked as a basketball analyst for ESPN (John Lombardo, Staff Writer). Meanwhile, former Bucks VP/Player Relations HEATHER DENTON is "no longer with" the team. Player Relations Manager DREW FRANKLIN "remains in his job and will report to Robinson" (JSONLINE.com, 8/15). 

EXECS: Dick's Sporting Goods CFO & Exec VP TERI LIST-STOLL is "leaving the company" and "will be replaced" by Exec VP & COO ANDRE HAWAUX, who will serve in the role on an interim basis until a successor is found. Dick's "did not give a reason" for List-Stoll's departure. She joined the company last August (POST-GAZETTE.com, 8/12)....Former Georgia Tech Senior Associate AD PAUL GRIFFIN was named interim AD on Thursday. School President BUD PETERSON also has "assembled a search committee" to find the replacement for the departed MIKE BOBINSKI. Georgia Tech Foundation President AL TRUJILLO will lead the committee (AJC.com, 8/12)....The Grand Prix Association of Long Beach named MARTIN BANNON Dir of Marketing & Sponsorship and RICHARD MARTINEZ Manager of Corporate Sales. Bannon takes over for MIKE CLARK, who retired after 11 years (Grand Prix Association of Long Beach)....Learfield Sports named Rodeo Austin CEO BUCKY LAMB GM for its Texas State Sports Properties (Learfield)....Marketing agency Team Epic promoted KELLY FEIWELES to Manager (THE DAILY)....The You Can Play Project named CHRIS MOSIER, the first transgender man to qualify for a men's national team, VP/Program Development & Community Relations. Mosier replaces ANNA AAGENES (You Can Play).
