M&T Bank yesterday announced that Ravens QB Joe Flacco "will be the face of the bank's new advertising campaign starting this fall." In Baltimore, Joshua Gordon noted Flacco will promote the Buffalo-based bank's exclusive Ravens debit card and "be featured in advertisements, signage and on a custom Joe Flacco debit card." Alongside the ad campaign, Flacco will work with M&T, which has naming rights to the Ravens' venue, to "develop exclusive fan content on social media and community involvement initiatives." For the past six years Flacco "has helped endorse First Mariner Bank" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 7/18).

LOVE ME SOME ME: WOMEN'S WEAR DAILY's Jean Palmieri noted former NFLer Terrell Owens yesterday in N.Y. provided a "preview of his new ath-leisure line, Prototype 81." The line is a "sports luxury lifestyle brand of shorts, long and short-sleeve T-shirts, cropped tops and leggings for men and women in vivid colors and technical fabrics." The styling is "designed to be worn at the gym as well as on the street." Average retail prices for the collection will be $90 (WWD.com, 7/18).

SHE'S GOT A WAY: In Calgary, Eric Francis writes golfer Brooke Henderson is "truly is the ambassador she appears to be." She is a "marketer’s dream come true -- someone Canadians have every reason to be proud of no matter how she plays in Rio as a Canadian Olympian." Even at age 18, Henderson "fully embraces and comprehends her responsibility as an idol for young girls," and she is "phenomenal at it" (CALGARY SUN, 7/19).

FACE TIME: The WALL STREET JOURNAL's Seetharaman & Perlberg note Facebook has "agreed to pay" more than $50M to nearly 140 media companies and celebs -- including Steelers WR Antonio Brown ($244,000) and U.S. swimmer Michael Phelps ($224,000) -- to "create videos for Facebook Live" (WSJ.com, 7/19).
