The 7,421-square-foot home, which "includes five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a movie theater, game room, and Infinity pool and spa," is listed for $3.2M (BOSTONGLOBE.com, 7/5)....MLB Rangers LF JOSH HAMILTON has "put his home in Westlake, Texas, up for sale for a little over" $3.43M. The two-story home has "five bedrooms and eight bathrooms in about 9,800 square feet of living space" including a pool with a waterfall feature. Among the living spaces are "a great room, a formal dining room, a center-island kitchen, an office/library and a home theater" (LATIMES.com, 7/1)

BUYERS & SELLERS: Former MLBer JIM EDMONDS and his wife, MEGHAN put their two-story, 5,077-square-foot Newport Beach, Calif., home "on the market this week at just under" $3.4M. The home has a "remodeled gourmet kitchen" with a U-shaped island "surrounding a table and banquette seating, quartz countertops, a wine fridge and high-end, stainless steel appliances" (OCREGISTER.com, 7/7)....Former MLBer TODD HELTON has put his four-bedroom, eight-bathroom Colorado home "on the market" for $2.295M. The one-story, 10,560-square-foot ranch-style home is "about 17 miles" from Coors Field. The home "offers a private pool, spa and entertaining patios, as well as two theaters, a sunroom and a gym" (DENVERPOST.com, 7/5)....FS1's MATT LEINART "has bought a home in Manhattan Beach" for 2.245M. Leinart's new two-story home has about 3,600 square feet as well as a "lighted basketball half-court, a tetherball pole, a swimming pool and a spa" (LATIMES.com, 7/5)....Vikings offensive coordinator NORV TURNER has put his condominium in San Diego "on the market" for $1.549M. The condo is "approximately 1,500 square feet of living space" on a single story that "takes in views of the ocean, beach volleyball courts and the entrance to Mission Bay" (LATIMES.com, 7/6).
