MiLB's Average Cost For Family To Attend Game Up Less Than $1 From Last Season

Minor League Baseball said the average cost for a family of four to attend a game in the U.S. affiliated minors is $64.97, up $0.79 from a year ago. As is typical, Triple-A carries the most expensive tickets, parking and concessions, with short-season Single-A and Rookie levels being the cheapest. The 1.2% increase in cost to attend compared to ’15 is the fifth straight year with an annual average price hike of 2.5% or less. “Minor League Baseball has long strived to be a budget-friendly source of family entertainment,” said MiLB President & CEO Pat O’Conner.
