T'Wolves and WNBA Lynx CEO ROB MOOR is "stepping down" and will "transition to a role that will assist in the oversight" of Owner GLEN TAYLOR's holdings and business interests. Moor has spent nearly 20 years with the T'Wolves and Lynx, and said that he will "assist in the process of moving the Taylor family's assets to a foundation." After "about 10 years" as the T'Wolves President, Moor became CEO of both teams in '04. His replacement as CEO of the T'Wolves and Lynx "will be determined in the near future" (STARTRIBUNE.com, 6/17).

EXECS: Executive search firm Nolan Partners announced the opening of its operation in North America with offices in L.A. and N.Y. and the appointment of CHAD BIAGINI as Nolan Partners North America Managing Dir. Biagini has repped UFC, WWE, Special Olympics and teams across MLB, NHL, MLS and NFL (Nolan Partners)....Rimon Law named Arent Fox attorney MATTHEW PACE a partner in its N.Y. office (Rimon Law)....LA84 Foundation CEO RENATA SIMRIL has been elected to the L.A. Sports Council BOD (LASC)....The Heritage Classic Foundation named Wasserman VP/Events DEREK PATON VP/Sales & Marketing (BLUFFTONTODAY.com, 6/16)....NBC Sports Dir of Programming Acquisitions LUIS FERRER, "one of the point people in negotiating the deal with AL HAYMON to bring Premier Boxing Champions to the network" in '15, has left the company. Ferrer worked for HBO Sports Boxing for 10 years before joining NBC in '13 (ESPN.com, 6/16)....The Int'l Drone Racing Association named retail marketing firm LaClaire & Company Founder JEFF LACLAIRE VP/Sales & Marketing. He began his career working in the NASCAR marketing department in '95 (IDRA).
