A's CF COCO CRISP has put his estate in the Coachella Valley community "up for sale" at $9.995M. The 17,870-square-foot Mediterranean, built in '08, "circles the bases in home amenities with a game room, a home theater with stadium seating and a saltwater aquarium." An eight-sided room "holds a wine cellar and tasting room, and there’s an indoor bar." A private lake, a swimming pool with a grotto, various patios and a tennis court "fill the roughly 5-acre grounds." The estate also has a Wiffle ball field that "comes complete with a lighted electronic scoreboard" (LATIMES.com, 6/4).

STRAIGHT CASH HOMIE: Boxer FLOYD MAYWEATHER JR. is buying a home in Miami Beach for $7.7M in "an all-cash deal." Completed in '15, the home "has an ultramodern vibe with clean lines, vaulted interiors and Ipe wood siding."
