He "was appointed by Cuomo four years ago as a non-voting advisor to the special board of directors put in place when the state assumed control of NYRA." But Hendrickson said that he now "believes the governor and his administration don't care much" about the horse racing industry. Hendrickson: "There appears to be a general dislike for racing. ...
