Buyers & Sellers: Deion Sanders Puts Dallas Mansion Back On The Market For $12.75M

Pro Football HOFer DEION SANDERS has put his home in the Dallas suburb of Prosper "back on the market" for $12.75M after "selling at auction" in '14 for $4M. The "palatial 10-bedroom home" sits on 110 acres. Sanders "vacated the home after his contentious divorce" in '13 (AJC.com, 4/18).

FLIP OR FLOP: Former NHLer BRENDAN WITT is putting his 82-acre property in Montana on the market for $3.1M. Measuring about 8,600 square feet, the house "has an elevator, seven fireplaces and a hot tub on the back deck" (WSJ.com, 4/19)....NBA Kings F RUDY GAY put his home in the suburbs of Memphis up for sale at $1.749M. Gay "bought the property six years ago" for about $1.176M and "created a contemporary living space featuring cool-toned interiors." Modern light fixtures, dark wood floors and neutral hues "give the approximately 8,400-square-foot house a classic yet sophisticated look" (LATIMES.com, 4/18).

DONE DEAL: Former NFLer MIKE WAHLE has sold his ocean-view property in La Jolla, Calif., for $6.075M. The Spanish colonial features a "custom coral reef aquarium, a hand-blown glass chandelier and a 1950s bomb shelter that was converted into a tasting room and a 1,600-bottle wine cellar." A total of "five bedrooms and eight bathrooms are within 5,100 square feet of space" (LATIMES.com, 4/19).
