March Madness Live Propels Bleacher Report-Turner To No. 2 On March ComScore Ratings

Fueled in part by record consumption of March Madness Live, the Bleacher Report-Turner Sports Network entry in March ranked second in comScore’s monthly sports ratings for domestic multiplatform digital reach. The ranking is Turner’s highest since June of last year, and is up from fifth in February and seventh in January. ESPN topped the list for the 25th straight month and began to reverse a seasonal decline brought on by the end of football season. Its March numbers were up 10% in reach and 23% in consumption from February, and its 72.2 average minutes spent per visitor during the month also led the category, beating out the 67.5 minutes per visitor for the Yahoo Sports-NBC Sports Network alliance.
