New Slate Of MLB Promos Highlight League's Top Young Stars Like Correa, Harper

Three new MLB promos highlighting the league’s top young stars debut today. There eventually will be 10 spots as part of the second iteration of the #THIS campaign from MLB and Anomaly, its creative agency. The spots include one highlighting the World Series champion Royals as featuring 1B Eric Hosmer, OFs Lorenzo Cain and Jarrod Dyson and C Salvador Perez. The Astros double-play combination of SS Carlos Correa and 2B Jose Altuve is shown in one ad, while Nationals RF Bryce Harper displays his talents as a barber with a youth baseball team. Other players to be featured include Angels CF Mike Trout, Cubs 1B Anthony Rizzo and 3B Kris Bryant, Marlins RF Giancarlo Stanton, Pirates CF Andrew McCutchen, D-backs 1B Paul Goldschmidt, Mariners P Felix Hernandez and Red Sox P David Price. The ads will be distributed via MLB.com and social media channels today and debut on TV during ESPN’s slate of Opening Day games on Sunday.
