Big Sky Conference Commissioner DOUG FULLERTON "is retiring, effective June 30." He is "completing his 20th year overseeing the conference." A search for Fullerton's successor "will begin immediately under the direction of the Big Sky Conference President's Council" (THESPECTRUM.com, 2/10)....The Texans promoted Dir of Corporate Communications AMY PALCIC to Senior Dir of Communications, making her the "only woman in the NFL in charge of a communications department." Stevenson and Henderson's promotions are effective immediately, while Silver, who has been an attorney with Indianapolis-based firm Jackson Lewis, will begin with the NCAA on Feb. 22 (NCAA)....Syracuse Univ. named IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions Regional Manager/Northeast ANTHONY DI FINO Associate AD/Business Development (DAILYORANGE.com, 2/10)...FS South and FS Southeast named FS Midwest Digital Content Assistant JASE BANDELOW Coordinator for Communications & Social Media.
