Greenburg will teach a graduate and undergraduate course titled "The Business and Management of Content Creation." NOW THAT'S A RANCH: Rams Owner STAN KROENKE has "agreed to purchase the historic W.T. Waggoner Estate Ranch in Texas." Terms for the purchase of the 520,527-acre ranch "were not disclosed." The ranch, located 175 miles northwest of Dallas, had "been listed with an asking price" of $725M.
