He spent the past 13 years in Shanghai with Nike (Columbia)....NASCAR named Sporting News Deputy Editor CHRIS LITTMANN Senior Manager of Content & Platform Strategy (TWITTER.com, 2/1)....Learfield Sports promoted GM for its Univ. of Montana Sports Properties NICK GARNER to GM for its team at the Univ. of Missouri. His predecessor, BOB WELCH, has been promoted to VP, and will be moving from Columbia, Mo., to Chicago to oversee Learfield's collegiate properties in the Central Region (Learfield)....The USGA reappointed Women's Committee Chair STASIA COLLINS and Vice Chair PAM MURRAY to serve second one-year terms (USGA).
