Veteran NFL Agent Leigh Steinberg Launching New Venture Capital Initiative

Veteran NFL player agent LEIGH STEINBERG has formed a partnership with private equity firm Alpha Strategies to launch Steinberg Ventures, a venture capital initiative focused on identifying and investing in emerging, high-growth companies and startups. The joint venture between Steinberg’s firm, Steinberg Sports & Entertainment, and Alpha Strategies will explore investments in everything from entertainment projects, including television, film and digital content to sports properties, and sports and health-related consumer goods, such as apparel, equipment and food and beverages.“There are promising businesses with innovative ideas emerging daily in the sports and entertainment space -- we want to help them achieve their goals,” Steinberg said.
