Overnight Ratings: Tiger Woods' Hero World Challenge Sees Decline From '14 Figure

NBC yesterday drew a 0.7 for the final round of the Hero World Challenge, which is Tiger Woods' charity event. Bubba Watson took home the win by three strokes. The 0.7 is down from a 0.8 for Jordan Spieth's 10-shot win last year, and down from a 1.5 in two years ago, when Zach Johnson defeated Woods in a playoff. Woods finished last year's event 26 shots behind Spieth.

HOOP IT UP: College basketball made its '15-16 debut on CBS, with Temple-Wisconsin drawing a 0.6 overnight from 12:30-3:00pm ET on Saturday. Over on Fox in the same window, Syracuse-Georgetown drew the same rating. Both of those figures were below the college basketball games on ESPN on Saturday afternoon. ESPN drew a 1.2 overnight for Arizona-Gonzaga from 3:30-5:15pm, which aired following Texas' upset of Baylor in college football. ESPN from 5:15-7:15pm also drew a 1.5 overnight for Notre Dame-UConn women's basketball.

Listed below are overnights for sports telecasts on broadcast TV over the weekend. Local ratings data from Raleigh-Durham, Knoxville, Greensboro/Winston-Salem and Greenville-Spartanburg were delayed at presstime.
