Buyers & Sellers: Pistons Owner Tom Gores Lists Bel-Air Development Property For $52M

Pistons Owner TOM GORES has "put a prime development property in Bel-Air back on the market" for $52M, up $2M from what it listed for last year. Set above the Bel-Air Country Club, two private driveways "lead up to the graded 3.2 acre site, which includes a flat lot of approximately 2.8 acres." Retaining walls, an underground structure and a 15-car garage are "currently within the grounds" (LATIMES.com, 11/18)....NFL Network's RICH EISEN and his wife, broadcaster SUZY SHUSTER, have "put their home in Beverly Hills on the market" for $3.295M. The 1950s house was "recently updated and has four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in more than 3,100 square feet of open-plan living space." A lower level has a "wine cellar, a laundry room and a two-car garage" (LATIMES.com, 11/17)....Telemundo broadcaster ANDRES CANTOR has "listed a condominium" in L.A. for sale at $3.149M. Found on the 16th floor of the Wilshire House, the two-bedroom unit "was recently renovated and features an open floor plan with oak wood floors, custom lighting and a terrace balcony." A Scavolini Italian-design kitchen and three contemporary-style bathrooms are "within the 2,440 square feet of living space" (LATIMES.com, 11/17)....Former NBAer GILBERT ARENAS has put his home in L.A.'s Encino neighborhood "on the market" for $3.495M. The gated Mediterranean-style house was built in '51 and "since renovated." Done in dark wood and Travertine flooring, the hexagonal floor plan "features open-plan living areas with vaulted ceilings, a center-island kitchen, a wood-paneled office, five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms in more than 5,800 square feet of space" (LATIMES.com, 11/19).
