We are an affordable strength and conditioning software platform for high school, college and professional coaches to build workouts on in order to help athletes track progress, compete in the weight room and go paperless.
2. Problem & Solution
Problem: Coaches often want to spend as much time as possible working with athletes directly in a hands-on way (among many other things). The technical process of building and distributing workouts can be time-consuming. Additionally, it’s hard for coaches to organize data in a way that gives them actionable insight into how their athletes are progressing.
Solution: TeamBuildr delivers immediate benefit in time-savings. A very streamlined platform built over the course of 4 years has allowed for a comprehensive strength and conditioning tool that can be taught in 30 minutes.
The platform also allows programs to go paperless, allows athletes to utilize a mobile to submit exercise results, and, most importantly, it allows coaches to gain actionable insights into team progress with out-of-the-box reporting.
3. Market
Coaches who are responsible for creating and distributing strength and conditioning programs at the high school, college and professional level. We’ve also seen a lot of traction with private strength coaches and trainers. It now makes up 30% of our customer base.

We’ve built out an additional platform that allows strength coaches to distribute workouts to clients and athletes remotely. This allows a strength coach with a brand or a lot of knowledge to scale their business and produce more personal income.

If you were stuck on a desert island with an athlete, who would it be and why?
Hewitt’s answer:
Wes Welker – He’s both really intense and really funny so I think he’d be really good to pass the time with but also help execute a plan to get us off the island.
James’s answer:
Julian Edelman – he is a great competitor but also likes to have a good time. He also knows how to make smoothies out of anything.
