Overnight Ratings: Michigan State's Last-Second Win Over Michigan Leads Week 7 CFB

Michigan State's last-second win over Michigan led Week 7 college football overnight ratings. The game drew a 5.1 overnight on ESPN in the 3:30pm ET window, peaking with a 7.2 rating between 7:15-7:30pm. The 5.1 figure is the highest rating for a college football game on ESPN ever in the month of October (records date to '00). Meanwhile, ESPN's telecast of Florida-LSU on Saturday in primetime drew a 4.0 overnight, the second highest-rated game of the weekend across all networks. CBS earned a 3.6 overnight for Alabama's win Saturday over Texas A&M in the 3:30pm window, up 29% from a 2.8 from the same matchup last year.
