NBA Hires Former WMG Senior VP Jennifer Van Dijk, Will Report To Amy Brooks

The NBA has hired JENNIFER VAN DIJK as a VP/Team Marketing & Business Operations. van Dijk had been at Wasserman Media Group since '08, where she was Senior VP/Digital. Prior to Wasserman, van Dijk, a '15 SBD/SBJ Forty Under 40 honoree, worked at IMG for nine years. She begins her new job at the NBA on Wednesday and reports to Exec VP/Team Marketing & Business Operations AMY BROOKS. The job is in addition to a role within the NBA’s team marketing and business operations staff. van Dijk was not available for comment. “She has a very deep skill set in digital sponsorships and she will help our teams monetize these digital channels,” Brooks said. “She will lead our sponsorship group within TMBO and also will be an account manager for the Los Angeles Clippers and the Cleveland Cavaliers.”
