JPMorgan Chase promoted Senior VP/Sports & Entertainment & GM FRANK NAKANO to Sports & Entertainment Group Head, effective immediately. He replaces STEVE PAMON, who helped form the group and is leaving the firm at year’s end to pursue an unspecified entrepreneurial endeavor in sports and entertainment. Nakano also has had previous stints as NBA VP/Global Marketing Partnerships, marketing agency Momentum VP and NHL Senior Dir of Int'l (Alex Silverman, Staff Writer).

EXECS: The Aspire Group promoted the following people at its university Fan Relationship Management Centers: GABRIEL NUNEZ to Senior Sales Consultant for North Texas; ALEC HAMM to Manager for Towson; CHRIS SIMONEAUX to Premium Sales Consultant and ADAM BEGOUN to Service Coordinator for Tulane; DARREN ARNOLD to Senior Dir for National Sales; RICHARD FLOERSCH to Senior Service Consultant for Kansas; and SOLOMON RANDLE to Sales Consultant for Louisiana Tech (Aspire)....BigTeams named Asurion VP/IT MARK KEFFER CTO (THE DAILY)....GERMAN SFERRA is consulting with MLS while Communications Dir LAUREN HAYES is on maternity leave. German, who has experience with FC Dallas, Rapids and MLS HQ, will work closely with Senior Communications Coordinator JANE SEXTON (THE DAILY).
