Fox will air the Sept. 20 edition of "Fox NFL Sunday" from the red carpet for the 67th Emmy Awards, which the net is airing later that night. This will mark the first time a sports pregame show will air live from the site of an awards show (Fox). The HOLLYWOOD REPORTER's Michael O'Connell wrote the "Fox NFL Sunday" crew will "drop plenty of references to the Emmy telecast and reinforce the corporate message with requisite Emmy imagery." The Emmy Awards telecast could see a "likely-gargantuan lead-in" as a result of the Cowboys-Eagles game airing at 4:25pm. Fox Emmys Exec Producer Don Mischer "seemed less than concerned about overtime affecting the start of the Emmys."
