Buyers & Sellers: Durant, LeBron Both Looking To Sell Properties In Miami

Thunder F KEVIN DURANT has "put his downtown Miami condo on the market" for $3.45M after paying $1.825M for it in '11. The 3,800-square-foot condo has three bedrooms and four bathrooms (MIAMIHERALD.com, 4/3). Cavaliers F LEBRON JAMES also is selling his Miami estate for $15M. The 12,000-square-foot home includes "six bedrooms and eight bathrooms," along with a "chef's kitchen, wine cellar, guest home" and infinity pool ("Power Lunch," CNBC, 4/9). Meanwhile, Heat assistant coach JUWAN HOWARD "appears to have a buyer" for his 3,080-square-foot unit in Trump Tower in Chicago. Howard listed the three-bedroom unit for $2.9M in '12 and recently "raised his asking price" to $3.295M (CHICAGOTRIBUNE.com, 4/8).

GOING ON THE MARKET: NBA D-League Austin Spurs assistant coach EARL WATSON "has listed his home" in Encino, Calif., for $3.899M. The 8,573-square-foot, Mediterranean-style home includes six bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms and was built in '08 (LATIMES.com, 4/8)....Former DePaul Univ. men's basketball coach OLIVER PURNELL has "listed his house" in Chicago for $3.2M. Purnell paid $3.08M in '10 for the 7,300-square-foot home (CHICAGOBUSINESS.com, 4/8)....Former NFLer ANTHONY HENRY "has put his home in Hollywood on the market" for $2.995M. The 4,329-square-foot home includes a kitchen with a center island, a living room with a wall fireplace, a den/office, five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms (LATIMES.com, 4/6).....Former NFLer NNAMDI ASOMUGHA has listed his 5,400-square-foot Redondo Beach, Calif., home for $1.699M. The three-bedroom, townhouse-style home includes a bonus room and "three additional two-bedroom apartments for a total of 12 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms" (LATIMES.com, 4/7)....49ers DE DARNELL DOCKETT "has put his home in Chandler, Ariz., on the market for $949,000." The 4,894-square-foot home includes a "chef's kitchen with a tiered island, a great room, a den/office, six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms" (LATIMES.com, 4/9).

SOLD! Former NHLer ADRIAN AUCOIN last month "paid $875,000" for a 1,717-square-foot, ranch-style house in Hinsdale, Ill. Aucoin still owns a 4,163-square-foot home in Hinsdale he bought for $2.15M in '05 (CHICAGOTRIBUNE.com, 4/8).
