In N.Y., Claire Atkinson reports Apple "is offering to share data with programming partners to get them on board" with its proposed bundle of TV channels. Sources said that the company "is willing to share details on who its viewers are, what they watch and when they watch it to entice broadcast networks and others to go along with the service" (N.Y. POST, 3/18). Meanwhile, in Chicago, Robert Channick reports Dish Network's OTT service, Sling TV, "has added Xbox One to a growing list of devices supporting the platform" (CHICAGO TRIBUNE, 3/18).

RADIO DAZE: In DC, Dan Steinberg writes anyone is "trying to find a moral in this whole saga" regarding ESPN 980 DC reportedly nixing former Washington Post columnist Jason Reid's new show because of his criticism of the Redskins, whose owner Dan Snyder also controls the station, "try this one: The people calling the shots about Reid’s shuttered show were either extraordinarily vindictive, or extraordinarily incompetent." When even the launch of a morning radio show "can be bungled this badly, it’s hard to believe there aren’t future embarrassments on the way" (WASHINGTON POST, 3/18).

FOR ALL THE LADIES: In Boston, Donna Goodison reports daily fantasy operator Mondogoal "will start a daily pay fantasy game for the upcoming FIFA Women’s World Cup -- the first-ever for a women’s team sport." The company had a "global fantasy sports platform" around the '14 FIFA World Cup (BOSTON HERALD, 3/18). Mondogoal also has team deals with European soccer clubs Chelsea, Liverpool, FC Barcelona and AS Roma (THE DAILY).

CHILD, PLEASE: In Phoenix, Andrew Joseph notes ESPNU recently "brought on three toddlers and asked them various questions about March Madness."
