KeyBank Extends, Expands Exclusive Partnership With Indians Through '19 MLB Season

Cleveland-based KeyBank "has been named the official bank" of the Indians "following a sponsorship deal that includes upgraded ATMs, additional signage and other renovations throughout Progressive Field," according to Jeremy Nobile of CRAIN'S CLEVELAND BUSINESS. The multiyear contract "expands the 21-year relationship between both groups by making Key the only bank with exclusive partnership rights." Indians Communications Coordinator Joel Hammond said that the agreement "runs through the end" of the '19 season. KeyBank "declined to disclose the value of their investments." The bank's logo "will be displayed across four light tower poles along the first-base line visible from Key Tower," while in-park ATMs "will be upgraded to hold larger cash capacities." KeyBank also is "contributing to the Kids Clubhouse renovations and will be a presenting partner of Tribe Fest" (CRAINSCLEVELAND.com, 3/15).
