The Blues named ECHL Gwinnett Gladiators President & GM STEVE CHAPMAN to the newly created position of Group VP/Brand, Community & Partnership Development (Blues)....The Broncos named former Bears Dir of Analytics MITCH TANNEY to the newly created position of Dir of Football Analytics. Tanney previously served as Stats LLC Manager of Football Products Sports Analytics (Broncos)....Back9Network BOD Chair SANFORD CLOUD JR. "has resigned along with board member JAMES WEHR" (COURANT.com, 3/5)....The English FA named United Biscuits CEO MARTIN GLENN to the same position. He will replace outgoing General Secretary ALEX HORNE in May (GUARDIAN, 3/6)....Texas Tech Senior Associate AD/Development & External Operations STEVE URYASZ has resigned, "attributing the move to restructuring" within the athletic department. Uryasz spent 17 years at the school, prior to which he "spent a combined 12 years at Nebraska and Oklahoma State" (LUBBOCK AVALANCHE-JOURNAL, 3/7).
