The Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Authority named former Rose Bowl Exec Dir SCOTT MCKIBBEN to the same position, where he will oversee O.co Coliseum and Oracle Arena. McKibben was “part of a group that tried to buy the A’s and build a new stadium in the early 2000s.” He will continue to serve as A11 Football League CEO & Commissioner, as the outdoor spring league looks to “kick off in 2016.” McKibben also had previous stints as Oakland Tribune President & Publisher and L.A. Times Exec VP & Chief Revenue Officer (BIZJOURNALS.com, 2/20).

LEGENDS' GAME: Legends has announced the promotion of three execs. MIKE ONDREJKO is now President of Global Sales after stepping up from COO of the division. CHAD ESTIS, formerly President of Global Sales, is now Exec VP of the overall company. MICHAEL BEKOLAY, a former Legends Senior VP, is now COO for the hospitality group. Ondrejko and Estis report directly to Legends President & COO SHERVIN MIRHASHEMI. Bekolay reports to hospitality President DAN SMITH (Don Muret, Staff Writer).

: Panasonic Enterprise Solutions named DOUG MOSS VP/Sales & Marketing. He served as Coyotes President & COO from ’03-10 (THE DAILY). Moss also held roles with the Ducks and MSG Network (Panasonic)....The West Virginia-based Greenbrier resort named Saints Exec Dir of Communications DOUG MILLER VP/Sales, Marketing & Promotions (NOLA.com, 2/21). The Saints first held training camp at the resort last season (THE DAILY)....The Heat named Celtics Associate Team Counsel VERED YAKOVEE VP & Associate General Counsel, effective March 16 (THE DAILY)....The Orange Bowl Committee named attorney SEAN PITTMAN Second Vice Chair. Pittman has been with the committee since ’05 (Orange Bowl).
