The 76ers have beefed up their front office by hiring industry veteran CHAD BIGGS as Senior VP/Corporate Development & Activation. Biggs started his new job on Monday and reports to 76ers Chief Revenue Officer CHRIS HECK. Prior to joining the team, Biggs was VP/Global Marketing Partnerships for NBA China. Biggs also has worked for IMG Consulting and was Senior Manager of Sports & Entertainment Marketing for Sprint Nextel. “He has been on the client side, the agency side, and the league side both internationally and domestically,” Heck said. “He has the perfect sports DNA to re-establish our brand in Philadelphia” (John Lombardo, Staff Writer).
