Cowboys Retain NFL Attendance Crown; Rams Rank Last In Home Percent Capacity

The Cowboys once again led all teams in attendance during the '14 NFL regular season, averaging 90,070 fans at AT&T Stadium, with the venue packed to 113% capacity. The team's attendance figure is up 2% from '13. The Vikings averaged 52,238 fans per game during the team's first season as a temporary tenant at TCF Bank Stadium. The team had an expected 21% drop in attendance as the college venue has a much smaller capacity than the team's previous venue. The Rams, who remain the subject of rumors about a move to L.A., ranked last in the league this season in percent capacity at their home venue (86.4%). Excluding the Vikings, the Rams finished last in the league in average attendance as well with a figure of 57,018 per game. Listed below is team-by-team attendance for NFC clubs in '14, with comparisons to '13. See yesterday's issue for AFC team figures (THE DAILY).
