A GLAM SLAM's Heather Zeller noted Lane Bryant "has launched an exclusive NFL Capsule Collection, in time for the upcoming season." The plus-size fashion retailer "joins the NFL’s ever-evolving female fan apparel market." The collection "includes a range of scoop neck shirts, v-neck shirts, hoodies, and sleepwear." The featured teams include the Bears, Broncos, Packers, Patriots, Saints, Eagles, Steelers and 49ers (AGLAMSLAM.com, 8/6).

BAD KITTY: In London, Nik Simon reports Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt and AC Milan F Mario Balotelli are "are hoping to immortalise their mischievous reputations; appearing in a Puma advert where Bolt calls on all troublemakers, adding: 'Obedience will be discouraged.'" Golfers Rickie Fowler and Lexi Thompson are among other athletes in the video, "which is a launch for PUMA's Forever Faster brand." The campaign recognizes athletes with "off-the-wall personalities; drawing on their swagger to promote PUMA's latest range of products" (London DAILY MAIL, 8/7).

SERVING THE COMMUNITY: In Baltimore, Ryan Bacic notes the Ravens and Under Armour yesterday "revealed the new uniforms they're donating to the varsity football and girls basketball programs of all 24 Baltimore public high schools." ESPN's Ray Lewis "served as the keynote speaker for the event." The unveiling "was the culmination of a project first announced during the Ravens' visit to the White House in June 2013 after their Super Bowl XLVII victory" (Baltimore SUN, 8/7).

STROKE OF GENIUS: SWIMSWAM.com's Braden Keith reported Haley Anderson "will become the first swimmer ... to wear her Twitter handle on her cap this week at U.S. Nationals." Anderson "received special permission from USA Swimming to wear her Trojan Swim Club cap with '@swimhaley' on it instead of 'Anderson'" (SWIMSWAM.com, 8/5).
