Fanatics named Orbitz President & COO CHRIS ORTON Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer. Orton will be based in S.F., start the new job July 7 and report to Fanatics CEO DOUG MACK. Orton will be responsible for Fanatics' marketing efforts across the company's own sites and its network of e-commerce stores (Terry Lefton, Editor-At-Large).

EXECS: The Rays named Florida-based PR firm Tucker/Hall Account Dir RAFAELA AMADOR Senior Dir of Corporate Communications. She will lead the organization's newly formed corporate communications division (Rays)....The Browns hired CHARLES BAILEY, BOBBY DEPAUL, MIKE HAGEN, RON HILL and JAMES KIRKLAND as Senior Personnel Associates, and SCOTT ALIGO as a Player Personnel Associate.
