McLaughlin "signed a four-year deal" in August '12 to replace NORWOOD TEAGUE. His base salary this year was $210,000 (RICHMOND TIMES-DISPATCH, 5/30)....The Univ. of Wisconsin-Whitewater named interim AD AMY EDMONDS to the position permanently (UWW)....The CFL Blue Bombers named Manitoba Film & Music Manager JASON SMITH VP & GM of the '15 Grey Cup (WINNIPEGFREEPRESS.com, 5/29)....The Lions promoted College Scouting Coordinator ROB LOHMAN to Assistant Dir of Pro Personnel (FREEP.com, 5/29).
