Fashion Profile: Venus Williams Discusses Clothing Line, Interior Design Company

Tennis player Venus Williams' clothing line, EleVen, was featured on "CBS News Sunday Morning" yesterday, with the net's Rita Braver noting Williams has "created a line of activewear with -- no surprise -- plenty of tennis outfits." Williams said of her one rule when designing a new outfit, "If I don’t (wear) it, I can't expect anyone else to." Braver said Williams has been "known for her sense of style since the day she sported beads in her braids." Williams also "managed to earn a college degree in fashion even as she pursued her tennis career." Braver noted Williams in addition to her clothing business "has an interior design company" called V* Starr Interiors, which has "created sleek and polished looks for hotels, condos, even the 'Tavis Smiley Show' set" ("CBS Sunday Morning," 5/18).
