Hughes was The Players Exec Dir from '88-96 and served as the PGA Tour's first Chief of Operations from '98-'08 (PGA Tour)....Collegiate Licensing Co. named Eric Mower & Associates Partner & Account Dir NICOLE ARMENTROUT Senior Dir of Marketing (CLC)....A source said that Seahawks Senior Personnel Exec SCOT MCCLOUGHAN is "leaving the team for personal reasons." McCloughan was considered GM JOHN SCHNEIDER's "top aide and a reputable personnel man" (SEATTLE TIMES, 4/24). A source said that McCloughan "unexpectedly resigned to tend to a family matter." He has been with the Seahawks since June '10 (CBSSPORTS.com, 4/24)....Apparel and equipment brand SKLZ named LAURA WOLF STEIN VP/Marketing (SKLZ)....The Knicks named CLARENCE GAINES JR. scouting department head (N.Y.
