The team also moved Finance & Legal Affairs Specialist BRANDON SHORE to an HR role within the team’s training facility (Dolphins). In Miami, Adam Beasley reports the hiring of Caspersen and Cicini is “part of the franchise’s desire to create a ‘one organization’ culture, bridging the business and football worlds.” Cicini’s FBI background “includes work with the Joint Terrorism Task Force and he has provided crisis management training to the NFL, MLB, NBA and more.” He also has “over 17 years of liaison experience in the South Florida area with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies, including the Miami-Dade and Miami police departments.” Meanwhile, longtime Dolphins Dir of Security STUART WEINSTEIN “will remain with the organization in his same capacity” (MIAMI HERALD, 4/22).
