MONEY ON MY MIND: In Philadelphia, Jeff McLane cited sources as saying that an arbitrator ruled Redskins WR DESEAN JACKSON "owes former agent DREW ROSENHAUS $516,415 in loans and fees." Rosenhaus in June "filed a grievance" with the NFLPA, claiming that Jackson "owed him more than $700,000 in unpaid loans and fees." Jackson "plans to appeal the ruling."
