That rating edged out a 3.1 overnight for ABC’s regionalized “Saturday Night Football” window, which featured Kansas State-Texas and Michigan-UConn. CBS earned a 3.0 overnight for Tennessee-Florida in the 3:30pm window, which was the net’s second SEC football telecast of the season. Meanwhile, the PGA Tour season concluded yesterday, with Henrik Stenson winning the Tour Championship and the FedExCup Playoffs. The final round on NBC earned a 1.6 overnight rating, down 27% from last year, when Brandt Snedeker won both the event and FedExCup Playoffs. Tiger Woods finished tied for 22nd at the Tour Championship this year, compared to a tie for eighth last year at the event.
