Hart will be based out of IMSA's Daytona Beach, Fla., HQs. NASCAR also promoted NATE SIEBENS to Senior Manager of IMSA Communications (NASCAR)....The Univ. of Wisconsin named former Louisiana Tech AD BRUCE VAN DE VELDE Senior Associate AD. He began his duties on Aug. 29 (UW)....The Orioles added three members to their Sarasota Spring Training staff, naming AMY TUTEN Manager of Sponsorship Sales, KIRSTEN LADENDORF Manager of Catering and Suites and SCOTT MOUDRY Manager of Ticket Operations. In addition, the team promoted TREVOR MARKHAM to Dir of Operations (Orioles)....Princeton Univ.
