The Cavaliers named Fox Sports Digital Media Dir of Product & Technology MIKE CONLEY VP/Digital, replacing MIKE MALESKI, who left the team on May 2. Conley will begin on July 1 and report to Chief Revenue Officer BRAD SIMS. Prior to Fox Sports Digital, Conley was FS Ohio Digital Content Manager. Another new hire for the Cavs includes former Bobcats VP/Communications B.J. EVANS being named Dir of Basketball Communications, replacing GARAN NARAIN, who left last year to work for the Hawks. Other front office changes for the Cavs include the departure of Dir of Analytics SEZIN AKSOY and the promotion of KEVIN O’TOOLE to Senior Dir of Business Intelligence. As part of a restructuring, O’Toole will become the head the team’s business intelligence group, which now includes the database and analytics units (John Lombardo, Staff Writer).

EXECS: Raptors President BRYAN COLANGELO has stepped down from his position and will become a consultant for the team and MLSE (Raptors)....Fenway Sports Management named JENNIFER FLYNN General Counsel. She will continue to serve as Red Sox Senior VP & Assistant General Counsel (FSM)....Northern Kentucky Univ. named Univ. of Wisconsin-Green Bay AD KEN BOTHOF to the same position (CINCINNATI.com, 6/26)....Washington State Univ. named RYAN DONCKERS Cougar Athletic Fund Regional Dir of Spokane Operations (WSU)....The Univ. of Oregon named Univ. of Louisville Associate AD/Compliance JODY SYKES Senior Associate AD & Chief Compliance Officer, effective July 29 (UO)....The Univ. of California-Berkeley named UCLA Senior Associate AD & CFO DAVID SECOR to the same position (Cal)....The Univ. of Arkansas named Florida Gulf Coast Univ. SID PATRICK PIERSON Associate Media Relations Dir (Arkansas)....The Louisville Sports Commission named PNC Bank Senior VP MICHAEL MOLL BOD Chair. He will serve in the role for a year, beginning July 1 (BIZJOURNALS.com, 6/26).
