EVANS Dir of Basketball Communications and promoted JEFF SCHAEFER to Basketball Communications Manager (TWITTER.com, 6/24)....The AAC yesterday "forced out" Associate Commissioner/Communications JOHN PAQUETTE (ESPN.com, 6/25)....The NTRA named Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots Communications & Pari-Mutuel Marketing Manager JIM MULVIHILL Dir of Media & Industry Relations. Mulvihill begins July 15 and will be based in N.Y. (John Ourand, Staff Writer).
