Dial Global named PAUL CAINE CEO, replacing both CEO SPENCER BROWN and President KEN WILLIAMS. The move is effective April 5. Caine’s duties will include activation of live-event sponsorships for the company’s radio rights to NFL primetime games and the NCAA Tournament. Caine spent the last 23 years at Time Inc., managing digital media and multiplatform selling (Dial Global).

EXECS: Northern Kentucky Univ. "fired" AD SCOTT EATON, who had served in the role since ’09. NKU President GEOFF MEARNS said that Eaton’s removal was “because of ethical violations that he would not detail.” He added that the “conduct is not related to any NCAA violation during NKU’s first year in Division I, and does not directly impact student-athletes” (CINCINNATI ENQUIRER, 3/19)….The Univ. of North Carolina named Florida Atlantic Univ. Associate AD & Dir of Academic Services MICHELLE BROWN Student Athlete Academic Support Program Dir (Raleigh NEWS & OBSERVER, 3/20)….Binghamton Univ. named East Carolina Univ.
