Georgia State Univ. AD CHERYL LEVICK has signed a five-year extension that goes into effect on July 1 (Georgia State). Levick will receive a "base salary of $280,000 this year and it will increase in $10,000 increments until reaching $320,000 in 2017." Levick's original deal, signed in '09, had a base salary of $220,000. Hapka "replaces interim GM UWE FROMMHOLD, who is also the VP of AEG Facilities Deutschland and GM of the O2 World Hamburg." Hapka will start his new position on Jan. 7 (MUSIKMARKT.de, 10/25).
