Overnight Nielsen Ratings From Weekend Sports Telecasts

ABC led weekend sports telecast overnights with its coverage of Pacers-Heat in the opening game of the NBA Conference Semifinals. Fox’ NASCAR Sprint Cup Bojangles Southern 500 from Darlington Raceway edged NBC’s coverage of the final round of The Players. The Saturday night race drew a 3.5 overnight Nielsen, flat compared to last year’s Darlington primetime telecast.
