The NLL averaged 9,469 fans per game during the '12 regular season, marking the indoor lacrosse league's lowest average since '03. The figure is also down 3.6% from last season. The NLL fielded nine clubs this season, its lowest number since '01. The Buffalo Bandits again led the league with an average of 15,918, but that number is down 6.9% from last season. The Rochester Knighthawks led all teams with a 14.7% jump at the gate. The Calgary Roughnecks, in the first season under ownership by the NHL Flames, saw attendance drop 19.9%. That was due partially to a new policy of reducing the number of free tickets given away. Listed below is NLL attendance for the '12 regular season, with comparisons to recent years, along with team-by-team figures compared to last season (THE DAILY).NLL ATTENDANCE TRENDYEARTEAMSAVERAGE'1299,469'11109,819'10119,559'091210,018'081210,475'071310,293'061110,703'051010,237'04109,885'03128,757'02137,731'12 NLL REGULAR-SEASON ATTENDANCE
