Kennedy received a base salary of $604,115, flat with the prior year. She earned 54% of her potential bonus and was awarded $187,180 in restricted stock in '11, a year when ISC saw revenues decline by $15.6M and reported net income of $69.4M. ISC Chair JIM FRANCE earned total compensation of $488,586 and President JOHN SAUNDERS received $635,719. ISC's stock yesterday closed at $25.54.
