Sports Execs Still Most Interested In Watching Tiger Woods Play Golf On TV

Sports execs said Tiger Woods is still the golfer they are most interested in watching play on TV, according to results of a Turnkey Sports Poll taken in December. Fifty-three percent of respondents said they were most interested in watching Woods play on TV, compared to 15% for Rory McIlroy, who ranked second. Seventeen percent of respondents said they were not interested in golf. Respondents were also asked which golfers they would be most interested in tuning in to watch in the final round of a golf tournament if he is leading after three rounds. Sixty-one percent of execs said Woods, with 9% saying McIlroy (Turnkey Sports Poll).
