Terry Pegula Acquires Control Of NFL Agency France AllPro Athlete Management

Sabres Owner Terry Pegula has entered the NFL business by acquiring France AllPro Athlete Management, headed up by prominent player agent Todd France, who represents more than 50 NFL players. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. France will continue to run FAAM as President & CEO and the agency will remain in Atlanta. Pegula has been financially backing the business of another NFL player agent, Brian Ayrault, and Ayrault and his 16 NFL player clients will join FAAM as part of the deal. Pegula, who bought the Sabres in February for $189M, and Ayrault said that they researched a number of NFL player representation businesses before choosing FAAM. They added that France was the only agent they considered. “We did extensive research to find the perfect fit,” Pegula said in a statement. “I personally love being in the position to help and advise young people and look forward to being a resource to all of Todd’s current clients and our new clients moving forward." France said the deal will give FAAM potential for growth and new opportunities for existing and future clients. France’s current clients include Ravens RB Ray Rice, Chiefs WR Dwayne Bowe and 49ers TE Vernon Davis.
