Finish Line Chief Administration Officer & Corporate Secretary GARY COHEN plans to retire on March 29. He will step down from his posts today and help with the transition until his retirement (AP, 11/29).....The National Football Post has hired veteran Silicon Valley businessman STEVE FROST to become CEO, effectively immediately. Frost has held prior roles with Netscape, Google, and most recently photo sharing outfit Plixi.
