Sports Execs Say Bobbleheads Remain Best MLB Giveaway; Fireworks Are Best Promotion

Sports execs said that bobbleheads/figurines are still the most effective giveaways to boost attendance at MLB games, according to a Turnkey Sports Poll taken in September. Fifty-Five percent of respondents said bobbleheads/figurines remain the most effective giveaway, while 17% said caps and 16% said jerseys/T-shirts. Execs were also asked which promotions are most effective at boosting MLB attendance. Thirty-two percent of respondents said fireworks were the top promotion, while 22% said a ticket discount of some sort was most effective (Turnkey Sports Poll).
