Stars Dir of Scouting & Player Development LES JACKSON "will absorb Bernhardt's duties" (DALLAS MORNING NEWS, 9/14)....Single-A Midwest League Quad Cities River Bandits GM KIRK GOODMAN is stepping down and will be replaced by Assistant GM STEFANIE BROWN (River Bandits).
