EXECS: The Pacers have hired former Trail Blazers GM KEVIN PRITCHARD as Dir of Player Personnel. Pritchard signed a one-year contract with the Pacers and will work under President of Basketball Operations LARRY BIRD and GM DAVID MORWAY (INDIANAPOLIS STAR, 7/9)....Sources said that Savannah State Univ. has hired former Univ. of Georgia AD DAMON EVANS as a consultant to assess the school's athletics department.
